Janice Whiting started working for a significantly smaller Riders Plus Insurance brokerage in 2001. In fact, she likes to describe her first office as an actual closet, since the offices of the brokerage at that time were quite a bit smaller to accommodate the fewer staff members. However, when she starts to elaborate with tales of mops and buckets surrounding her, we tend to suspect exaggeration.

As Office Supervisor, Janice's interaction with members of the Customer Service, Sales, and Underwriting teams is critical to the smooth, productive working of the organization, and is a strong reason for the excellent employee retention levels of the company.
Janice supervises all important activities at Riders Plus (which includes barbecues, of course).

Most important, of course, is the fact that every so often Janice brings a cake or some other form of baking into the office, one of her talents that makes office morale spike off the charts (especially if it's cheesecake... or carrot cake...). General consensus, in fact, is that if someone writes a glowing, complimentary article, then that someone should be rewarded in the form of one of Janice's carrot cakes. Just sayin'.
